Any reference to Goods refers to any blind or product manufactured or supplied by color-blind.co.uk.
You or Your or Customer refers to the person or persons ordering Goods from color-blind.co.uk

We invite You to buy Goods from Us using Our website. A legally binding contract with You will only arise once color-blind.co.uk has received payment for the Goods in full from You. We shall notify You of acceptance of Your order by e-mail to the e-mail address given by You in the order form.
Our products are custom made to Your exact specifications, once made they are not suitable for resale by Us. Due to this fact it is important that you are completely certain about your sizes before placing your order. Your credit/debit card will be automatically charged for the total price of Goods at the time of ordering, The price for any Goods ordered by You will be the price shown on the order confirmation section and will include all applicable taxes and any additional delivery charges. A ny order by cheque or postal order etc must be completed by phone or in person at our factory shop
Color-blind.co.uk has no control over materials that are discontinued by Our suppliers if the Goods or fabric You order are not available We will notify You as soon as possible and suggest a suitable replacement, if a fabric is discontinued We will remove it from Our website as soon as we are made aware of this. On very rare occasions delays may be caused due to delivery delay, factory overload, holidays, or any other factor beyond our control. In the event of any delay We will contact You as soon as possible.
If there is any change in the delivery charge payable We will notify You before Your order is accepted by Us and ask You to confirm that You wish to proceed with Your order. Delivery to locations outside of the UK mainland will be made only with Our express prior agreement and additional delivery charges may be payable in that event. If You require delivery outside of the UK mainland You are advised to contact Us on +44 (0)1282 425504 or e-mail us at info@color-blind.co.uk to place Your order. You must inspect your blinds as soon as you receive them and notify color-blind.co.uk immediately of any damages in shipment. Also, please check to make sure that the products you ordered were made exactly as you specified when you ordered them. If the merchandise has been damaged in shipment or was made incorrectly notify Us within 48 hours of the date that the merchandise is delivered to you and color-blind.co.uk will have the damaged merchandise either repaired or replaced at no cost to you.
Goods purchased from color-blind.co.uk carry a one-year guarantee. If the Goods cease to function from the date of purchase as a result of daily, domestic use, with due care and attention taken whilst operating, We will replace or repair the Goods. If there is a fault with the Goods, they must be returned with the proper packaging, for repair or replacement. Color-blind.co.uk will arrange for the Goods to be collected from the Customer by a carrier for return, but cannot make site visits to repair or replace the Goods. It is imperative that all returns be properly packaged We will not accept Goods without the correct packaging and any deliveries thereafter will be charged to the customer accordingly. You must not return the Goods without first contacting Us.
If the Goods are not defective, or are returned to Us after the period of 12 months from delivery of the Goods, or they have been modified, misused or the subject of negligence, You will be responsible for the payment of Our charges on a time and materials basis in respect of any repairs and collection and return of the Goods which We agree to carry out at Your request.
color-blind.co.uk shall be under no liability to the Customer in any way whatsoever for destruction, damage, delay or any other matters of any nature whatsoever arising out of war, rebellion, civil commotion, strikes, lock outs and industrial disputes, fire explosion, earthquake, act of God, flood, draught or bad weather, the unavailability or late delivery of supplies, inability to secure labour or requisitioning or other act or order by any Government department, Council or other duly constituted body.
We reserve the right to cancel Your order if: We have insufficient stock to deliver the Goods You have ordered, You require delivery outside the United Kingdom; or one or more of the Goods You ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information made by Us and/or received by Us from Our suppliers. If We do cancel Your order We will notify You by e-mail or by phone monies will be refunded only after contact has been made. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
The product information and photographs contained within Our website are provided for illustrative purposes only and We cannot warrant that they are accurate. If You are in any doubt as to the precise nature of the product or fabric You wish to order, You are advised to order a free sample of the product. Details of how to do this can be found on the FREE Fabric Samples page of our website. Free samples are subject to availability and limited to a maximum of five per Customer, estimated delivery time on samples is three days
Whilst every attempt will be made by Us to ensure that the Goods sold and delivered match any sample or description shown or given or sent to You, any minor or immaterial variation or change in colour or pattern between the sample or description and the Goods delivered shall not entitle You to reject the Goods nor to claim any compensation for such variation or change. please keep in mind that minor dye lot variations in materials are unavoidable and can never be guaranteed, due to this we also recommend that any orders containing the same colour are placed at the same time.
Wood is a natural product with an inherent moisture content which may cause a degree of warping, the sun may fade this product, this is not the responsibility of the manufacturer or supplier
As the Goods which You order are manufactured according to the measurements You provide in Your order it is very important that Your measurements are accurate. We cannot accept the return of the Goods by reason of the measurements provided being incorrect. You are advised to read the How to Measure and How to Fit pages of Our website or call Our enquiry line on 01282 425504 or contact Us by email on info@color-blind.co.uk if You would like help or advice on how to take the required measurements accurately . If You have building work planned such as plastering,, placement of windows etc around the area where the Goods will be fitted, We suggest that You wait until the said work has been completed, this will help to avoid mistakes.
If you do place an order with inaccurate measurements, please contact Us as soon as possible on 01282 425504 or e-mail info@color-blind.co.uk and We will try Our best to remedy the situation, this may include a surcharge.
